Even for non-vegans, but works for you when you don't have eggs in your fridge!
Prep time- 5 mins
Cook time- 10 mins
1 Cup Flour
2 TBSP Baking Powder
1 TBSP Sugar
Small dash of Salt
1 Cup Soymilk/ Almond Mild/ Coconut Milk
2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
Mix the dry ingredients, then the wet.
May need more milk/ oil.
Add any other toppings Chocolate Chips, blueberries, cinnamon, whatever get creative!
Medium heat oiled pan, flip em' when they start bubbling!
